At Hey Happiness, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
